Greeting Cards

18 March 2015

Fundraising drives that incorporate children’s artwork such as greeting cards are enormously popular in child care centres, kindergartens, primary schools and at Cubs and Brownies. Sell packs of cards featuring drawings by children. Market the cards for all-year use, ideal for thank you notes and birthdays as well as Christmas. For a variation on the theme, offer children’s artwork turned into gift wrap as a fundraiser too.

Run a competition (with a nominal entry fee) to make extra money or offer each parent a pack of cards featuring artwork only by their own child, or their child’s class.
Add a personal touch to the card with the child’s handwritten signature or a small message printed on the back of the card.

Another fundraising option is the sale of beautifully designed hand-crafted cards presented in boxes.
