The MS Readathon is a reading-based fundraiser run by Multiple Sclerosis Australia (MSA). Now in its 45th year, the MS Readathon encourages people of all ages to read and improve their literacy whilst at the same time raising their community awareness and empowering them to make a difference in the lives of people living with MS.
Participants read as much as possible during the month of August. You can ask friends and family to sponsor you either online or by giving a donation in cash or cheque. This money goes towards providing vital support and services for people living with MS.
The MS Readathon is putting the fun into fundraising, making it easy for parents to track their child's tally and celebrate every win.
Each child can earn Badges for the goals they achieve, plus there are loads of other fundraising rewards. The best way to kick off fundraising is to make a donation to your child's page! This will inspire your family and friends to also donate to your child's page. Once you have donated, don't forget to share it on social media.
Your fundraising quest will be easier than you think!
