8 Months to Go! It’s time for:

☐ Convenor

• Organise/ release schedule of meetings
• Fill unfilled committee places
• Get your budget approved
• Think about appointing a ‘Thank You Seargent’ to keep track and celebrate all of the amazing work that is going on behind the scenes.

☐ Logistics

• Book emergency services

☐ Stalls

• Start to allocate stalls
  • Contact previous convenors
     
  • Contact class coordinators
• Continue sorting out outside stall holders – download our Market Stall Application Form
• Contact fire service and police to see if you can organise a visit on fete day.

☐ Marketing

• Do you have a graphic designer in your team? Or somebody with Canva skills? If not, try to hunt one down to volunteer their time for you! These resources, including a brief for a graphic designer, will help you.

☐ Sponsorship

• See 9 Months

☐ Treasurer

• Work with convenor to get budget approval
• Pay any deposits required for performers
• Download our Treasurer Resources

☐ Entertainment

• Are all your rides booked? Really? If not, get on it, I mean it!!
• Book any outside performers

☐ Raffle

• Raffles – I reckon it’s ok to start at 6 months for most raffles but if more ambitious you’ll need more time.
